Bringing a Passion for Technology and Community to FME

This month, we’re proud to spotlight another member of the Tipton Airport Authority. Known for her impeccable leadership and unparalleled dedication to her community, Tina C. Williams-Koroma, Esq., CISSP, PMP, is a serial entrepreneur, attorney, and technology leader with a passion for innovation and giving back to her community. She is the Founder and CEO of TCecure and the Founder of CyDeploy, an AWS-, Google-, and Techstars-backed technology venture dedicated to strengthening the cybersecurity workforce.

A Maryland-licensed attorney, Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), a Master of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

Beyond building successful businesses, Tina is passionate about preparing the next generation for careers in technology. Through her entrepreneurial ventures, she is committed to expanding opportunities to youth and helping inspire the next generation of cyber security professionals.

That enthusiasm is evident in her role as a member of the Fort Meade Executive Airport Board, where she has embraced the airport's ongoing role in the community. She is especially proud to support FME’s STEM education initiatives and the many opportunities it creates to inspire young people, foster innovation, and connect future leaders with careers in both aviation and technology. 

When not running her businesses and helping youth engage in STEM, Tina is an avid soccer player and fan. In her words: "viva la futbol!!"
