Fort Meade Executive Airport is within the Washington DC SFRA.
You MUST at a MINIMUM do these 4 things:

  1. File a flight plan with FSS.

  2. Have a working transponder.

  3. Maintain radio communications with ATC.

  4. Receive a unique code from ATC for all flights in, out, or within the SFRA.
